NAGA results form February 6 in Rhode Island!!

Frank did a great job at NAGA this past Saturday going 2-1 and sustaining an injury in the process. Great job pal you did yourself and the school proud!!

We are excited to announce that we are goingto hold a belt grading on February 13th 2010. Kids are scheduled for 10am to 11:30am, and Adults are scheduled for 11:30am to 1pm.

NAGA Update

Frank and Sam plan to compete in NAGA in Rhode Island on February 6, 2010, let us know if you want to come so we can try to arrange travel and room accommodations.



We will be closed Saturday January 16 due to a gymnastics competition at the facility.

We will be closed Wednesday 11/25 and Saturday 11/28 due to the Thanksgiving Holliday.

NAGA Results

Congratulations to all of our fighters that competed on the 14th. Krista won the silver in her division, and Dani won the bronze. Jenn, Brian, and Jordan put out great efforts as well.

We thank you guys for representing the school so well!

NAGA this weekend!!

Grading and Sparring News

Grading October 31, 2009

We will be holding a belt grading for our adult students on Saturday October 31 at 10am. The fee for the grading is $50.00 due before the grading begins. Cardio and adult MMA classes are cancelled on that day!!



Rules Change

Beginning November 1, 2009 no student will be allowed to spar in class if they are not properly attired. There will be no exceptions unless gear is not available in your size for purchase. We take pride in our school, and we want you to as well !!

School Changes

Please check our website for price and schedule changes which will be happening in October 2009. Existing members will keep their same prices, but the schedule will be changing around the 15th. The new schedule will be posted 1 week before it is enacted.
