We will be holding a belt grading on July 11, 2009 at 10am. It will include the kids and the adults for the first time. All kids are welcome, and the adults will be informed during class.

Class Cancellation Saturday June 27, 2009
MMA classes will be canceled on June 27th due to some of our students competing in the Grappler's Quest competition. The cardio class will most likely still be open, but we will update you with information as soon as possible.
